By using Mumtahin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
About the Service
Mumtahin is a question paper builder, built mainly for teachers at Madrasas, schools, and coaching centers. It works directly in your browser — no signup or account required.
Your Content
All question papers you create are stored only on your device and remain entirely yours. You're responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and copyright of the content you create.
⚠️ Your Data Lives Only On Your Device
Your question papers are stored in browser storage, so clearing it, switching browsers, or losing/damaging your device can delete them. Live comments are stored separately in Supabase. We recommend exporting to PDF regularly as a backup. Mumtahin is not responsible for data lost this way.
Free & Premium Plans
The free version exports PDFs with a watermark and a footer ad. Premium removes both. Current prices and durations are listed in the Pricing section of this website and may change at any time.
Payment & License Activation
Premium payments are processed manually via bKash/Nagad. After paying, message us on WhatsApp/IMO and we'll send your license key manually — this may take some time. Your license is linked to the phone number used to activate it, so you can reactivate it on a new device with the same number and key.
Refunds
If something isn't working for you, we'll first try to help fix it. If it genuinely can't be resolved and you're unable to benefit from the service, we'll refund your payment minus the bKash/Nagad send money charge.
Not Allowed
Reselling or sharing license keys, attempting to bypass the demo/license verification system, or reverse-engineering the app.
Ownership
The Mumtahin app, its design, code, and name belong to Tarteeb. These terms give you permission to use it — not ownership of it.
Limitation of Liability
Mumtahin is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. Tarteeb is not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms, features, and prices may change at any time. Major changes will be reflected on this page.
